Colheita Port is basically a single vintage-dated Tawny Port. The word means "harvest" and is made from the grapes of a single year’s harvest. Colheita ports are aged in small casks for many years and are bottled in their seventh or eighth year in cask although most are aged much longer, some even to a hundred years.

This 1937 Colheita has an amber colour with a bouquet reminiscent of dried fruits and spice. Soft and velvety on the palate with a lingering finish.
